Can't create sub-task - stuck on 0%

Anyone else having this issue?

Trying to create a sub-task but status bar is stuck on 0%. (Yes, sub-tasks are turned ON)

Asked some co-workers and they have the same issue - which leads me to believe the issue is on the Atlassian side.

In our environment the Sub-Tasks work fine so there must be another reason why this isn't working.

Looking at your screenshot, there seems to be no sub-tasks attached to the work item? If that is the case, then it won't show as 100% since there is nothing to track. 

Some things to check

• Have you defined work item types as sub-tasks?
• Are the sub-tasks part of the project work type scheme?
• Have you attached and completed sub-tasks to a work item?

Can you post some full sized screenshots? We are unable to tell the complete status from the partial screenshots you have attached.
