I have an insight object custom field that works fine with "Service Request" issue types. Although I have added the field also to "Change" issue type screens, it is not present in issue view. I can see it Request types Agent view though. What am I missing here?
I would check if there is a context on the "issue type". Set it to global or add the "change" issue type to the context.

Thanks! Yep, context was the solution. The custom field had "Applicable contexts for scheme: " set only service requests, added "Change" and it works. Thanks!
