Can't see any ticket in Open Queue

Hi Team,

We are currently unable to see any tickets for all the projects. Please look into this issue and provide an update at the earliest.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.

Please provide more context, on the raised issue, are there changes made to the permissions on project or instance level.

Also there seems no global issue on JSM, https://status.atlassian.com/
