Hi,
I have added a custom field (select box with 4 options) to the request form. I would like to make it mandatory/required when a portal cuostomer raises a request. This is quite possible in the request form for the issue type "bug" but not possible in the form for the issue type "support". Am I overlooking some special setting for the issue type support? Could be, because I can not set any other field as required besides description.
