Can't translate certain emails

Hi,

Our Jira is setup to be in French but the "Atlassian email verification" and "New login activity on your Atlassian account" are in english ... it's a problem for us. We login using our Microsoft account.

The Atlassian specialists we hired to help us with setting up our JSM told us it's not possible to translate those emails ... is it really the case? Seems weird to not be able to translate email communications with our clients ...
