I have a request type and the associated issue screen has multiple tabs, can all of the fields on each tab be shown in the Customer Request View?
Currently only the fields on the default tab are being shown on the Customer Request View
Welcome to the community. Currently (out of the box) for the Customer Request UI, you can only include the predefined fields from the system. It is not possible to add additional fields (i.e. from your 2nd tab in Issue View)
You may need to check Atlassian Marketplace to see if there are any third party add-ons that will provide you with the asked functionality.
