Can we Hide any of this when creating a ticket in JSM

Just wanted to know if there is any steps for hiding any of this when creating. Mostly if we mandate for this switch alone if possible Screenshot 2024-10-09 134347.png

 

Can we make any options that could not switch that options in the Screenshot ?

Hey @Santhosh Raj 

You can certainly modify the fields displayed below that via the "Create Screen" for each of the issue types you have, this would allow enforced fields to be visible/hidden (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/defining-a-screen-938847288.html)

But in terms of hiding that switch unfortunately no, you cannot hide the "Use request type fields" switch.
