Can we change the SLA name in Jira Service management?

Hi,

Can we change the SLA name? By default i see 4 sla metrics in the drop down while i select a add SLA. I would like to add a new name other that these 4. Please suggest how i can do that.

If you don't mind using third-party add-ons, you can change the SLA name and other things with the SLA Time and Report for Jira.
