Can we configure 2 email ID's for a single service portal in Jira Service Management

We already have a support@ email ID for our Service Portal, now I would like add another email ID features@ to the same Service Portal so that I get the incoming emails from customers on to the same board. However, when Im trying to add the email its not allowing incoming email instead its only receiving email sent to support@company.atlassian.com.

Can you please let me know how to add a custom email with out the atlassian extension.

@Varun Shankar Yes, you should. How are you trying to add them using Project settings --> Email requests?

As i can see each service project can have up to 10 connected email accounts so there should not be a problem for you to add another one.

Are you trying to add an external account or creating an atlassian account and then using it?

I have added an atlassian account features@, please refer to the screen shot but only one email ID can be selected for reply-to address. I have also added the custom email ID to the allow manage list but when I send a test email to features@company.com, no email is received but when the same emails is sent to features@company.atlassian.net - THE EMAIL IS RECEIVED SUCCESSFULLY.

 

I want to receive emails sent the the custom made email id.Email Domain.png

The account you used is features@company.com an external account not the atlassian one so can you configure it using external email accounts like Google, MS 365 etc and check.
