Can we index service portal articles on Google? If so, how can we improve SEO?

It seems the articles in our service management portal are not indexed and searchable on Google. Our service portal is public and login free.

 

For example we have this article about setting GTM with Humanitix: https://humanitix.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/article/1319993648?src=530076008

 

But when I googled "GTM Humanitix", nothing came up...

 

Another more generic example is when you google "Humanitix help", I can only find our service portal on the second page...

 

Keen to understand how we can improve the search result and make it more helpful for our customers!
