Can you restrict a specific request type a specific customer in JSM ?

We want to restrict a specific request type to be available for only one customer on the customer portal

Can this be achievable without any additional plugins?

Hi, 

The easiest way is to create a separate JSM project for this customer. And only add this customer to the project.
