Is it possible to insert a variable that allows me to enter the Assignee into a Canned Response?

Hi @Victor Manuel Valencia Mejia welcome to the community.  In my instance, I have the option select the "Work Item Assignee".  I believe that's what you're looking for.  Sorry if the screen shot is hard to read with the Dark Mode turned on.

I am working in JSM On premise and that option inside the variables does not appear to me. Do you know if it is possible to add it with a scrip runner or something like that?

Welcome to the community.  When you referring to the canned response - Which response are you addressing?  (i.e. the out of the box notifications from the project via Project Settings >> Notifications >> Customer notifications

If this was the case, I don't believe you can add "Assignee" to the notification body.

Another question, why do you want to include the issue assignee information to the canned responses that go to customers?

Please advise.

NOTE - Only one using JSM Premium or Enterprise subscription plan will have "issue assignee" option available for the canned responses for usage.  Free/Standard don't have this variable based on my knowledge.
