why does the image in canned responses become attachment? but in the comment is only image?

How can I achieve in canned responses that image not become an attachment?

I was able to replicate this behavior on my test instance and have submitted a bug ticket to our developers. I recommend adding yourself as a watcher to receive updates on its progress.
