Hi @Sampath 

Natively this functionality is not available at this time. There's a suggestion raised with Atlassian - Enhancement to Canned Response Management - Export or Manage/View All Option 

I would suggest you to vote for it and watch it for further updates. However, one user was able to export the canned responses via REST API, you can find more details in the comment on the suggested link I previously shared.
