I have a Jira Service Desk with multiple issue types using the same workflow, field config, and screen scheme.
I have fields hidden when they are not needed on certain issue types.
When I manually create an issue from the service desk portal or from within the Jira platform everything looks great. Fields I have hidden are hidden and issue looks as I expect. When I import a csv with multiple issues two fields that are hidden are always showing even though I have them set as hidden.
Can someone please tell me if they have any idea what might be different about those fields? Doesn't matter what issue type I bulk import it happens even if I change that. It is only this project where this is happening.
I modified the custom field not to show on that issue type and it resolved the issue.
Try Exporting the fields via Issue Navigator JQL Option and searching for Issues in list view after which you can select the Columns to Select which to be displayed and they can be exported as well
