Cannot edit comments in Jira Helpdesk
Hi,
We use the Jira Helpdesk for opening and working on tickets, and recently we have found an issue that we are unsure how to work around. They are as follows:
- Not able to attach a document in the comments section, whether the comment is new or edited. We can click on the edit (pencil) icon, then the screen comes up and then we can click on the attach (paper clip) icon. When choosing a file, this is what the attachment box looks like –
2. Not able to edit the comments section after it is entered. After clicking on the edit (pencil) icon, the screen comes up and allows us to add/edit comments but there is nowhere to click to save the update. This is what the edit box looks like –
With these issues, we cannot edit comments or exit out of the editing screen without fully refreshing or reloading the web page. Any assistance with this would be appreciated, thank you!
