oddly enough i created this rule about 2 years ago so i do not recall the name of this rule and about a month ago we needed to add to this automation rule...problem was we could not find the rule that is running perfectly today so the mystery is...where is this automation rule? cannot find rule being sucsessfull in audit log either - see first screenshot?
i have full admin rights and searching global and all rules, we cannot find the rule that is actively doing the action without issue today. see screenshot below, its a basic rule where it updates fields when a specific ticket type is created. the dilemma with creating a new rule would create duplicates because I cannot disable this current rule.
Any tips or suggestions on how to get to this or find this rule? is there a query or different window to see rules. not sure what i am missing here..
@Brian -
I would recommend that you try to identify the rule in question from the project end (since your second image is related to issue's activities (under Activity action) -
Project > Project Settings > Automation >
From there, you can see the rules associated to project at the project level/global rules level/all rules associated to the project. You try to identify there (hopefully) finding the rule in question.
