I've made a list of components in JSM, but they are not clickable when trying to adjust ticketing information. I thought maybe components were created for certain ticketing types but that doesn't seem to be the case. What am I missing here? Also is there a way to see the component on the right hand nav instead of being imbedded in the description?

Hey @Nate Dickinson

are you an agent in that project? Because a few actions require you to be member of the "Service Desk Team" (and consume an agent license).

To move components to the right-hand side, open the field configuration and move the Components fields from the Description fields section to a different one.

Thanks Max, I'm not sure what fixed the issue, but moving the components out of the description fields seemed to fix that issue.

Happy to hear. Even though I'm not sure why that fixed it. 😄
