We have small cloud Jira for internal sync and even I hate this product I have to use it. Now its becoming real frustrating. 

We did not touch anything, and I cannot close any issue. 

Always ending with error as attached. 

Also, this is paid Cloud instance, small, but we are on paid plan and I am unable to raise ticket for support.

WHAT IS THIS?!

Ok, so Firefox for Developers work.

Safari version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5) is broken.

How to reach support, if I am paying customer and they are telling me, that I am not?

This is an active incident, for more details/latest updates check this status page https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/. Atlassian team is actively working to fix the issue

No I am not able to submit the ticket. Once I fill in my URL, the screen above appear. I am not on FREE plan, but still having this message.

You don't have to file any support ticket for this issue. Atlassian has already resolved the issue

That means, that even I am paying customer, I have no rights to submit any ticket in future? WHAT?

"Support offerings are bundled with Standard, Premium, and Enterprise plans."

I am on standard plan a cannot raise a support ticket. How many times do I have to write this again?
