That is the filter which we are using and it works for the JSM Agents but not for Jira User.

project
= yy

AND type IN (Bug, Feature, Support)

AND status IN (1,2,3,4)

AND organizations = xx

ORDER BY created DESC

The Jira user geting this Error Code:

"You must be an agent to use the Customer Organization JQL functions."

Hi Giulio - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Are you saying that the query is being run by a Jira User?

If so, there is an open request for this. You should vote for it and follow the request.

Hi @giulio_lorenz_franka_de

Welcome to the community.

Try if this can be done, if Jira users are added as collaborators to a JSM project?
