Change Satisfaction Survey Type

Today my JIRA satisfaction survey is sent by star-scale email, going from 1 to 5. I received an email from Atlassian today, which they used face ranking. Can I change my satisfaction scale from star to face like theirs?

Unfortunately that is not an option. You can only enable and disable the CSAT.

You could look at the marketplace to see if there are any add ons. I took a quick look today and from previous experience there's not too much available for cloud in regards to the survey. The best one I know of integrates with Slack and that's called Polly.
