Change a product URL subdomain

Hi community,

We have 2 Jira Cloud URLs. The produsts are Jira software and Jira service management.

And we want to change it with url we already took. But when I tried to do that It warned me with warning "This site URL is already taken."

I should be able to do that since I am the org admin for both.

Do you know how to do it?

You can't swap the domain of an Atlassian cloud system to one that is already in use, you would have to merge the systems to get them to run on the same domain, or destroy the existing one if you no longer need it.
