Change custom fields values

Hi so I have an difficult, I want to add more values like the values in this print.

So where can I add more of those values?

You have to have Jira admin permissions, then go to Settings > Issues > Custom fields. From here locate the field and then click on the three-dot menu on the right and select Contexts and default value and from here you can edit the options.
