When a customer send an email to our servicedesk than we receive their full email including the footer, this really makes a mess and therefor unwanted. is there a way to remove a part of the incoming tickets/mails?

When receiving requests from email, currently, there is no option in Service Desk to prevent customers' signatures to be added to the description.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
