In my customer portal there is a question betwenn the portal description and the first issue.
"Womit können wir Ihnen weiterhelfen?" (engl. How may we help you?)
Is it possible that I can change all about the design of the page, except for this sentence?
I searched all options for multiple times.
I found a question about two years old in the forum, there was no answer given.
Is it possible to change that sentence now?
Hi @s_brunner_mid_de & welcome to the community,
If you go to your JSM project > Project settings > Portal settings, you can change your Introduction text. Is this what you mean?

Kind regards,
Rudy

thank you for welcoming and you really fast answer.
I attached what I mean, it is the text between the portal introduction and the first request type.
This just doesnt fit in how employees are addressed in the company.

Ah I understand now, unfortunately there are a few texts which you can't change, this is one of them.
To clarify: In the picture below you can't change the text in orange boxes, you can change everything in the green boxes.
