We'd like to create a view for agents with the form data, so they can view the ticket data in a way that allows them to work better. Here I have a question due to tests that I have done, I see that there are fields that are placed in the central view and others on the right in the details part, The ideal would be to have all the fields in the central view. Would it be possible? Or what fields are displayed in each part?

Yes, you can do that. While on one of the issues, click on the Configure gear on the bottom right. You will need to be an Administrator to do that.
This will take you to the Issue Layout screen. There you can move fields into and out of the other areas. Description fields area is the one in the central view area and Context fields is the one on the right.
