I have a project in JSM in my organization account and I have some minor changes in the view pattern.
When we set up the approval, we receive a mail in which, when the approver clicks on the "view request" option, it directly comes to a page where it shows the detail which are filled using forms.
Now is there any way for arranging it by our side.
Like We have on the right side
Status
Request types
Shared with
Approvals.
So by this view, they were asking for changes in this flow
Status --> Request type --> Approval --> Shared with.
If there is a option for that. please help me with the steps for proceeding it

By default, there is no possibility to change the layout or the order of the fields in the portal view of a ticket.

Your best shot is to have a look at an external app.
"Refined for Jira Cloud" might offer you what you need.
