Hello,

I've recently installed Assist Atlassian to my slack channel and I am trying to figure out how I could add a emoji trigger for escalation.

We (in our env) have not implemented Atlassian Assist.  I would recommend that you to reach out Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to obtain further assistance.
