When an issue is created in JSM using the Chat integration for Slack, the formatting is not replicated to JSM correctly.
There is an issue reporting this problem in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-12053 but it was closed because "Slack Workflows are no longer a recommended approach to creating tickets in Slack.". The PM who closed the issue obviously didn't read it, because it's not about Slack Workflows.
Is there any PM from Atlassian reading these forums?
