We are migrating from Jira Server to Jira Cloud and I just needed some clarification on the below:
With Jira Service Management – product access is set to “Customer” – am I correct in assuming that with the service portal link sent to all users, they can register on the site and will just have customer access to only raise tickets?
We received this email (I switched the notify org access off) but would that be the correct access granted to this user?
