Client cannot view all tickets

I have a couple of clients that cannot view all their company tickets, i even have him as a participant on all tickets, but he can only view his tickets.  This is in the client portal.  Any suggestions?

Could you make sure your clients have the filtering config below?

Outside of that is your service desk configuration? ( Is it private)

they should see the filtering page when they click requests->all

We tried that and he could still only see tickets assigned to him.

@Lisa Perkins  from the info available in the thread, my knowledge and difficulty in debugging this I'd recommend reaching out to our support team.
