Clone on Closure.

I'm trying to build an automation where, upon selecting an appropriate resolution type on the resolution screen, the ticket would be cloned with an alternative ticket type. However, when looking into the automation options I'm not seeing Clone as an option in my "then" settings. Is there something I'm missing? I'm new to Jira so not sure if this can be set elsewhere which options should appear.

Looks like you are using the old automation module which us limited in functionality.  You need to download jira automation as a plugin in the server environment.  Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira-data-center-and-server?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter
