Is it possible to clone customer portal access and to keep the customers of multiple portals in sync?
Use Case:
We would like to split our customer portal into multiple jira service management projects, due to complexity.
The current portal is non-public, only users, invited by an agent are allowed to access the portal.
The new portal with its own set of requests and knowledge base content shall be available for the users of the current portal.
We would like to share the access to both portals without adding customers (not Jira Account Users) manually.
@Ingo Wenke There is nothing currently offered as part of the delivered product that provides this functionality. There is nothing the the marketplace that provides this functionality. You could create your own app and use the API to get the customers of each service desk project and compare them https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-servicedesk/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-servicedeskid-customer-get You could then add the differences of each to the appropriate portal. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-servicedesk/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-servicedeskid-customer-post
