We currently have an issue because of a known bug:
in JSM/Opsgenie. In Opsgenie you can toggle on/off the responder alert option. We have that option disabled because we don't want every incident created to create an alert in Opsgenie as illustrated below:
As you can read in the Bug, it is still creating alerts in Opsgenie.
We have tried to come up with a solution to close those alerts as soon as they are created by adding the following rule in the JSM/OG integration for this project:
We have done so, because every incident created by this feature, contains "Incident raised" within the summary of the alert:
Regardless of this incoming automation rule, the alerts are not being closed once created.
Are there any suggestions work arounds to close these alerts? I also tried the event type, because as far as I can see, the alert type = Responder but that did not work either.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
