Hello, I have a workflow used in a Service project, and I have a transition in this workflow that is associated with an approval. I'd like to ensure that the ticket cannot be approved unless any sub-tasks are in a closed status. I first tried the Sub-Task Blocking Condition, expecting to see the "Approve" button/transition hidden if sub-tasks were open, but that wasn't the case. The ticket can indeed be approved with sub-tasks open. Then I tried using the Related Issues Status Validator, but this didn't make a difference either. I've been wondering if this has to do with the nature of the approval associated with the transition. Does anyone have experience with scenario and a possible workaround?
