Cloud Export from Discovery Collector to Insight

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When I try Connecting from Collector tool to Cloud after entering Workspace ID, Username and API Token I am getting this error:

 

Something went wrong, check your credentials or network connection.

 

On the CLI it says "An error occurred while sending the request."

Please advice me on how to fix it.
