Color scheme for hyperlinks in Service Portal [SOLUTION]
Hi friends. Just wanted to share this in case anyone else runs into this issue. We received some feedback from our customers regarding the color of hyperlinks and how they're not distinguishable from the rest of the comment text. I contacted Atlassian Support and was told "I just confirmed it's not possible to change hyper link color using existing features of Jira". This is not the case rather, an admin needs to configure the look and feel of the service portal.
When adding a comment via the JSM project directly, the hyperlink shows as blue.
When viewing the comment in the Service Portal, the hyperlink shows as black.
When in the Service Portal > Customize look and feel > Change color under Banner background, link and button color.
Although not super ideal since the color of the banner background and portal links change as well, at least it solves the hyperlink color issue. Hopefully this helps!
