When users make requests by email, it is not saving the body of the email in the ticket comments

Hi @Emiliano Lopes ,

And what exactly does it do? Just the subject is placed on the summary of the request? All other fields are empty?

Are you using JSM built in email handler? How is this set up?

Hey @Alex Koxaras -Relational-

Thanks for the feedback

What happens is that when the user responds to an email sent by Jira, his response is not a comment on the ticket, but if I write a blank email and put it in the subject, for example SDE-12, then the Jira includes the email sent as a comment, do you understand?

How do I check if I'm using the JSM built-in email handler? I believe you are using yes, because as I said above, the e-mail arrives if a blank e-mail is written.

Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational-

I re-configured the email handler and it worked.

Thank you very much!
