El cliente requiere visualizar el reporte de casos a través del portal. La principal funcionalidad es organizar los casos por fecha de creación. He probado algunas aplicaciones y no me han funcionado. Que experiencia tienen del tema?. Me podrían brindar ayuda?

When using the customer portal, currently, it's not possible to share reports with customers or allow them to view it in the portal.
The reports on a Service Desk projects are visible only for licensed users and also only accessible internally, that's why it will not be possible to share it in the portal for customers.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
