Condition definition in Jira Service Management (Cloud) automation function

I have a question about condition definition in the automation function of Jira Service Management (Cloud). In the condition processing in the rule definition, the request response value was acquired and stored in the smart value, but the smart value could not be referenced in the processing after the condition processing. It was in a NULL state. Is this a specification for automation? In addition, the conditional processing part and subsequent processing in the rule definition are Is it a specification that is processed in parallel?

Hi @青山 明, I'm not sure if I fully understood your question, but it sounds like you either need to re-fetch issue data to refresh the smart value with the latest field values or find the correct smart value. If none of the links help, you can share more details and a screenshot so we can better assist you.
