Configure button has diappeared

Hi - In our JSM instance the field configure button, which is usually at the bottom of the RH panel, has disappeared - for one issuetype only!

I have no idea why, and any help to get it back would be much appreciated :-)

Hi Simon!

Well, that's not something you see every day.

Are you still able to edit the issue layout from project settings -> Request Management -> Request Type?

If you can, it might be a bug related to the new UI. If you cannot, you are probably missing the "Edit issue layout" permissions.

Hi Simon,

I'm not sure why configure button has dissapeared, but try hard refresh SHIFT + R.

Workaround:
you can always go to Project Settings > Request types > configure request there (work item view tab). Because this is where this configure button would take you if you'd click on it.

Or for Jira software Project settings > Layout
