Hello,

I would like a user who is not an agent to create some wiki pages/space etc. As a agent or admin I would like to make those pages spaces available in my help center. Is this possible and within the confluence free plan (under 10 users)?

Hi @Jamal Westfield-Kirton

Welcome to the community.

Yes, grant this user a Confluence license.

You can link multiple spaces to a JSM project.

HI @Jamal Westfield-Kirton

have you set the correct permissions on the Confluence space and the correct permissions on the JSM side.

Space permissions, should be equal to the already used kb space and on JSM the linked spaces should have the same permissions set.

See here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/manage-knowledge-base-permissions-from-your-service-project/
