I have just started with Jira Service Desk for a evaluation against other products and so far it's great :)
But I can't configure the senders email address and Googleing and searching this forum didn't help.
The closet solution I find was this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-email-notifications-776636790.html but I can't find step 2-4 under "Configure a project's sender email address".
I'm running the free version of Service Desk Cloud.
