We are a long time Jira user, but new adopters of Service Desk, and excited to get it to work with Halp in Teams. However no matter what I try, Halp doesn't seem to be able to find the Service Desk queue. I have confirmed I have permission as an admin, it is not shared with any other halp instance. Would appreciate any thoughts on what I might be missing...
I have set the connection up in Halp admin console. Then under the queue tried to set the Project to conect to but receive: "No Projects available"
I had tried re-adding the connection to Jira in the "Integrations" screen of Halp. I tried again now and the result was the same. So I just added all groups available in Jira to myself with no change. Confirming I am the "Org and Site admin". I am wondering if there is something I need to do to the project in Jira to make it available to Halp. Or if it needs to be a certain type....
I had tried previously removing and readding the site under "Integrations" in the Halp settings. I just gave it another go with the same result. I also checked the permissions I have, and I am "Org and Site Admin" for Atlassian. I added myself though to all groups available, and tried to reconnect to Halp, same result. I am wondering if there is something else I have to do to the Project in Jira to make it visible to Halp...?

@Bruce Anderson [Administrator] did you connect your Jira project to Halp? You can do it by following these diretions https://plz.halp.com/article/2f4ix4h0qp-connect-to-multiple-jira-projects

Many thanks Brant for the reply. No, I hadn't been able to. The issue is that when I try to select the project that I made in Jira for this, I cannot select it. While Halp did connect to the site it seems to not be able to see any projects in it. I am the admin of the Jira portal so it shouldn't be permission related....

@Bruce Anderson [Administrator] I would suggest removing the site and re-adding it to see if it will sync your projects.

Thank you! That was it. After setting the permissions mentioned in that thread I am now able to select the Jira project. Many thanks again.
