Connecting Jira to multiple Active Directories and SSO with different Domains

Hi,

I am wondering what is the best aproach to connect Jira to multiple Active Directories with different domains. 

Currently we have Jira Data Center connected to our on premise Microsoft Active Directory and we use the  "Microsoft Azure Active Directory single sign-on for JIRA" for SSO. The on premise AD is synched with the Azure AD.

Now we want to add another organisation to our Jira. They have their own Azure Active Directory with their domain. 

What is the best aproach to have both our AD Users and the users from their domain (synched from their Azure AD) if all the users should be able to login via SSO?

Per your description, I believe you may want to try configuring the additional directory using SAML authentication. You may refer to this KB.
