Can not add Slack to Incident Management tool.
I keep getting an error "We couldn't connect the workspace. Wait a moment or refresh the page before trying again."
I have tried clearing cache, waiting for 24 hours and refreshing the page. Still have the same issue.

Without further investigation, I recommend checking that your user is a site admin for your Jira site and also a full slack admin in your Slack workspace.
If you have both roles, then I recommend opening a Jira internal ticket so we can take a closer look at your integration:
