Welcome to the community. Are you also the site admin for your JSM site? It is not clear on what you are asking. Please provide more details.
In your JSM portal, is it open to all customers but one can lockdown his/her projects where "Channel access" can be setup as Open or Restricted. This means that customers will not be able to access the "Restricted" projects via the portal if they are not called out for.
