I'm experiencing an issue with a Jira board that stopped working. It's saying I don't have access to the Scrum board, even though I'm logging in with the user who created the account, and I'm still unable to enter.
The message displayed is as follows:

When was the last time you were able to access the board? Are you able to access anything in your Jira instance? What happens if you navigate to...?

Have you not accessed the Jira product for an extended period of time? When a free Jira subscription is not accessed at for an extended period of time the subscription will be deactivated automatically. Before being deactivated emails would've been sent to the email identified as the Billing Contact for the subscription.
If you set up the site and product, are you able to see the product by going to https://admin.atlassian.com and navigating to the Billing page?
