Hey there,
I have a quick question on how to copy a form from one project to another using automation.
The form is submitted using Jira Service Management and I have put together another project in Jira work management. Using the automation I am able to create the issue in the new project but even after using the "copy form" &/or "attach form" actions it does not want to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Cheers,
Ismail
Hello @Ismail Ostrilski
Welcome to the community!!
Post submission, the form can be attached to the issue as a PDF. This is one of the features which I came across recently.
If you can make use of this, then using Automation you can copy the attachment (PDF file) from the original issue to the newly created issue.
Please let me know if you need any help with the automation. Kindly accept the answer if this helps.

Hello @Ismail Ostrilski
Please find below the screenshot of the automation rule which I created to copy the attachments to the new issue.
For setting it up, when you create the issue, it has a 'gear' like icon which asks 'Choose fields to set..'; from this drop-down select 'Attachment'. The default option is to copy from current issue as shown in the screenshot. If required, you can even change this to copy from other issues as well.
Kindly try this and let me know if this helps.

Hi, @Ismail Ostrilski !
I`m not so good at automation, but I can suggest you another solution - Smart Jira Forms add-on. My team has developed it to make flexible Forms in every type of Jira project.
In your case, you need to create 1 form, duplicate it in one click and choose different projects for them.
