Copying multiple fields to another field and removing duplicates

Hi,
Just wondering if this is possible.
I am using a form with a field which has a drop down list. The same field is on multiple lines in a table for the user to select.
Is it possible to take the value from those and put them in another field and remove duplicates?
Below, the top right field is the one I want to populate with the values selected in the fields below.
I am probably going wrong with the fact the labeled fields 'SBC' is the same custom field, and I guess if using automation I need to create different custom fields
